May 5th Update - This bug has now been fixed. Thank you again for the feedback! Hi — first, I'm sorry the app didn't come through when you needed it most. A six-time delay in one day is exactly the scenario Flight Rights was built for, and the fact that it didn't surface updates is a bug I take seriously. I'm the solo developer and I'm looking into the flight status refresh issue now. If you're willing to share your flight number (you can reach me at derek@flight-rights.com), I'd like to diagnose exactly what happened and also walk you through what you may be owed under DOT rules for today's delays — because with six delays from 8am to 6pm, you likely have real compensation rights here. I appreciate you leaving this review instead of just deleting the app. It's how the product gets better.
