Features not working
I’ve had this app for years. Used to be good. Haven’t flown in a couple years so haven’t used it much until lately. I see there hasn’t been an update in a while. Flight maps don’t work anymore.
Not as great as it used to be.
For some reason, with one of my phone updates, the map no longer tracks flights. While I love the information this gives me, I end up using another app to track flights, because I also like to track a flight with the map location.
Map Tracking Feature Doesn’t Work.
For the last year or so, I’ve been experiencing a problem with the Map Feature that tracks a flight from Airport Departure to Airport Arrival.
I’ve complained to the FlightView App’s Customer Service to no avail. I even complained to their parent company OAG, also to no avail.
I very disappointed since I paid for the Elite version and because I use this App frequently as I pick up and drop off people at Airports regularly.
When Map Featured worked, this App was great and a very useful tool.
Can someone from FlightView fix this for me??

great app, but some weird issues...
I have been wondering why the map view in Flightview Elite hasn't been working for a long time anymore. It takes half the fun away from the app! whats been going on there? hasn't worked in more than a year now on my iOS app. thanks!
Love this app.
It keeps me informed of not only my own travels but of family members as well. Great tool for my own peace of mind.
Map function has not worked in months
When is the developer going to correct the map issue? For months now the map function of this app has not worked at all. Up until then it was a decent app and I used it constantly but I’m only giving it a one star rating because the developer obviously is not concerned enough about keeping the app in working order

Used to be spotless…
The map mode has not worked in a long time… it used to correctly overlap the actual flight path with radar… and now they want more money for the new subscription based app, even though I purchased this a long time ago!! Long time user here…
It’s Got Bugs
This used to be a solid app. Now, the in-air map doesn’t work, the app info takes a long time to update when opening. I still wish that on the main page where all of my trips are listed that there was a way to collapse it to see just the names of the trips and expand one trip at a time.

Used to be great
Been disappointed since this new black interface. When I open the app it seems like it sometimes flashes a few times while it’s updating. Maps no longer seem to load for me
What Happened?
I use to love this all but now when I click on the map, nothing comes up. I like looking to see where the plane is when my daughter comes to visit. So until that’s fixed, I give it three stars.
Great app with to many issues
This app would be great if it didn’t crash constantly. Great for managing your travel but the crashing is annoying. Maybe I’m to much of a road warrior for the app. I fly every week and like the connivence of having my flights tracked.
good app but needs to get fixed
i have iOS 15.5 in my device and I deleted and reinstalled the app and when you want to track a flight it doesn’t show up where the plane is, the only thing that shows up is a black screen on the map
Maps is not working
This used to be a very solid app, but it's not the case right now. Maps feature is not working, also there appears to be server issues so flight status is not being updated on a regular basis, live tracking etc.
Feels like the developer has moved into something else, this app need a major refresh including its appearance to modernize it. Note I am paying for Elite, but it doesn't feel that way

Maps are gone
Used to work flawlessly. Was very helpful.
Currently maps do not work:(
It was very useful and I enjoyed it. I even switched from FlightView to FlightView Elite couple years ago. Maybe regular FlightView works better?

This was a great app for following flights. Not anymore. The Maps section used to work great, but it has not worked at all in quite a while. At least not on my iPhone.
USED to be great!
Key word “USED.” This app used to be able to pull flight info/itinerary from emails. No longer…somehow they broke this capability. Rather than waste time inputting flights/data, I might just as well just use the airline’s app! And now the maps don’t work either?? There’s no point to this app, unless it gets fixed. Certainly don’t pay for elite….at least not now!!!

I am a travel concierge and have used the app for many years … recently the maps have stopped working. I have reported this several times through the app with no response … very disappointing
FlightView review
Nice and helpful applications, while on travel, as well to track flights. Under “find an airport” there should be an option to delete airports, when no longer required. Please fix this!
