App crashes
Emailed 5x to fix issue entering flights. Whenever I do the app crashes. Ive relied on this app for years and all I was told was to wait for an update. Waiting for over a month. How is it possible that developers can’t fix this issue?
Can’t save flight to trip
I am a free user. Today, I am unable to save a flight to a trip. Says “Failed to save your changes”. It has worked in the past. I exited app & reboot phone, no luck. I tried a different flight. That worked. Tried original flight, that failed.
PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!!

DJT (formerly PBI) is no longer in their data base and you cannot search flights into and out of this airport 😞
This app used to be my favorite one for looking up flights. Not long ago I purchased the “paid” app for one year, since I loved it so much and didn’t want the ads. Now that they changed the format, it has been TERRIBLE. I continually try to contact support for feedback and suggestions but every email fails to send and gets kicked back to me.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring these 2 features back to the app:
1) When searching a flight, the ability to flip-flop departure and arrival airports has gone away. This is a must have feature.
2) No more inbound flight information 😱 This is valuable and needs to be added back as well!
3) I’ve also noticed when searching for a flight and one doesn’t exist, it is much, much slower to generate the “no flights exist for this route”message.
PLEASE MAKE THIS APP GREAT AGAIN!!!! 🇺🇸

Am I a paid subscriber or not?
I pay the subscription for this app through the App Store. For several months now I’ve been dealing with advertising. That’s only supposed to be on the free app. When I submit a complaint to the app developer I get an automated email message that v.5 has issues and they are being addressed. This is the same message I got when submitting the same complaint several months ago. I think it’s time to find another flight app.

Commercials Delux Apple must be low on capital.
Most every app is interrupted either a 30s to a 3 minute commercial. My daughter needed info regarding a trip. Instead I get a sickening commercial

Used to be a great app. Now it crashes and you can’t track anything. Disappointing.

When I got a new phone my paid subscription cost went up from a few $ a year to $25 a year. And now I cannot delete flights by swiping them. Not at all impressed.

The application is no longer working , it’s not showing the flight status any more , no more gate info neither baggage claim info , it’s completely useless .

Fix your app!! It used to be so good! Now the map never works, you can't exit out of ads after it's over (have to restart entire app), shows connecting flights but doesn't specify that it is. It's really become messy.

I used this app for quite some time. But now it requires sign up. I am not giving out data anymore unless needed. I am done playing this game.

Finally!!!
I am updating my review as of August 2, 2026. Today I am tracking a return flight to Boston from Athens. Finally in the trip list it tells the actual status such as scheduled, in air, or delayed. The flight says it's in air good! Then when you go inside, it tells you that it has so many hours to go and when it will land. Great! And I actually did finally get a sound notification which I hadn't been getting before. When I first opened the app, the flight had already been in the air for five hours and no matter how much I tapped on the update for the map it still showed the plane sitting in Athens, but later on it caught up with things. I hope that isn't going to happen all the time, but it seems like most things have been fixed and thank God because no other layout of any other program is as easy to use as this app. It's just that for some reason for a long time they weren't fixing the things that weren't working so hopefully it will continue to improve and I still wish we could see the map before the plane takes off.

Updated app is a major step backwards
This was a great app but after the update it’s almost useless and much more difficult to use. You need to hire a new development team since the current ones stink.
Not working as it used to
I’ve been using this app for many years and have tolerated the ads. But lately, it has not been reliable. Status on saved flights gets updated too late, and notifications just stopped working.

I’ve been using FlightView for over 10 years, but this latest update is honestly terrible. There are way too many ads, the app is slow to load, and the flight map often won’t load until after the flight has already taken off. Even then, the map may still not load at all.
After using this app for more than a decade, I’m seriously considering switching to another flight-tracking app. This update has made the experience frustrating and nearly unusable.
