I hope this message finds you well. My name is Rose, and I recently signed up for your app. I am writing to express my concern about the payment process. Instead of being offered a free trial or the chance to explore the features, I was immediately asked to make a payment. This left me unsure if the app will align with my project needs.
I was hoping to try the app before committing financially. The lack of a trial period has made it challenging for me to determine if it will be useful for my project, and I am hesitant to spend money on something that may not meet my expectations.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a trial period before payment is made, so I can evaluate whether or not the app is the right fit for not only my needs, but for every other potential customer moving forward.

On our previous campaign we offered free trials but as AI Video generation process is too complex and cost is high actually we are unable to continue the trial/free campaign. Instead I can share you a demo video how it works and show you what could be the output by generating videos from real life images. Can you please kindly contact us with our support mail?
