The first fasting app I’ve stuck with
I’ve tried a few fasting apps, but Flint is the first one I’ve actually stuck with. The timer is clean, seeing what fasting phase I’m in gives me that extra push not to stop early, and checking it from my Lock Screen or Watch is way more useful than I expected. It doesn’t turn fasting into a complicated project. It just makes it easier to stay consistent. Exactly what I wanted.
