Flint turns everyday work into a place to learn. Instead of pulling you away for long courses, Flint delivers short, activity-based lessons in the flow of your day — so new procedures become habits and skills actually stick on the job. Your organization sets up a learning program in Flint and assigns it to you. From there, Flint makes it simple to: • Work through bite-sized activities a few minutes at a time • Practice new procedures and standard operating procedures step by step • Answer quick check-ins and surveys to reflect on what you've learned • Track your progress through each initiative • Add scheduled activities to your calendar so you never miss a step Flint is built for teams in manufacturing, operations, and other frontline and enterprise environments where doing the work right, every time, matters. Note: Flint Learning is used through your employer or organization. You'll sign in with the email your organization has on file (or with your company's Microsoft account). You need an active Flint program from your organization to use the app.
