Not getting brand approval since past 3 months
The are rejecting the approval again and again saying tha Trade mark class is incorrect whereas I’m already selling on other commerce platforms with the same trade mark class. The support team do not help at all and every time say your case is escalated and the concern team will check and call you in 48-72 hours. No solution is being provided on dates are given for support.

Very complicated app and more complicated return parcel delivery
Required two times OTP which take lot of time in generating. New seller portal is like a spider web that anyone can stuck in it. All the time when order process after accepting it, most of the time order stuck in panel and it take lot of time to appear into print label. Lot of improvement require Flipkart. 90% improvement is required to make your app and web seller friendly. I give 1 star for now.

Very Disappointing Experience for Sellers
The SPF claim system is extremely frustrating. Genuine claims are repeatedly rejected citing VMS-related reasons. Sellers are forced to spend their own money on webcams and setup requirements, and even after that, if a claim gets approved, the compensation amount is very low. Overall, the system does not feel seller-friendly at all, and the support is also unsatisfactory. Flipkart should bring more transparency and fairness to its seller policies and claim process.

I create catalogue and I expand money on it. I do add also, after that they catalogue are alive and giving a good response. The Flipkart manager take his client and put on my catalogue and giving all order to this person. My My selling price is down to other, but still, they are getting the order, and I am option that’s completely worst. When you make catalogue you expand money for this catalogue you pay for ad and after their catalogue live, other people are selling. This is completely wrong. In fact, I have trademark registration tm number my sister is not allowed to me brand registration. Tickets are closed without proper resolution, even after feedback. Flipkart charges sellers but provides zero real support. Sellers are treated like numbers, not partners.

I am beyond frustrated with the Flipkart PAM Plus service. If you are a seller looking to grow your business, stay far away from this service. It is a complete waste of money and a total drain on your time.
I paid for professional account management, but what I got was a total lack of support. Here are the issues I’ve been facing:
Zero Manager Support: For the last 3–5 days, my "dedicated" manager has been completely MIA. Every time I call the inbound support line, I get the same scripted excuse: "The manager is on leave." How can a premium service have no backup or handover process?
No Listing or Ad Management: They promised to handle listings and advertisement optimization. In reality, nothing has been done. My ads are stagnant, and no new listings have been processed.
The "Merchant Loop": Instead of solving my problems, they just keep transferring me from one person to another. It’s a never-ending cycle of connecting me to different merchants/departments with no resolution.
Total Lack of Urgency: My issues are piling up, and nobody cares. They are happy to take the service fee upfront, but when it comes to delivering results, they disappear.
The Verdict: This is a scam masquerading as a "growth service." You are better off managing your account yourself than paying these people to ignore you. I want a refund for the lack of service provided. Save your money and your sanity—DO NOT OPT FOR PAM PLUS.

I created a seller account on Flipkart two months ago, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exploitative. Flipkart seems to favor its own logistics and internal processes over the well-being of genuine sellers.
A common issue I faced was receiving multiple fake bulk orders (7-8 quantity of the same product) from the same customer — and most of the time, these appear to be generated internally by their own delivery team. If you don’t ship these suspicious orders, you’re charged cancellation fees. If you do ship them, they eventually get returned, and here’s the worst part — out of 8 pieces shipped, you’ll receive only 1 back. The rest are either lost, damaged, or simply go missing.
Delivery agents will casually suggest you to “submit a claim,” but Flipkart will always find a reason to reject it. There’s zero protection for the seller.
Despite such poor service, Flipkart charges extremely high fees — for example, on a ₹400 product, they charged me ₹112 as delivery/logistics fees, which is absurd and unsustainable for small businesses.
In summary, Flipkart’s seller platform is currently designed in a way that exploits small sellers, offers no proper claim support, and operates in a way that raises serious questions about transparency and fairness. I strongly advise new sellers to think twice before starting their journey on Flipkart.

Pickup otc does not show in apo
You guys can’t even make sure that pick up and return OTC can be shown in the app. It is never consistent. And it does not show when it is really required when we are outside. We cannot be in front of the computer, just for the OTC all the time we have other things to do also other than Flipkart. You are not our only priority. Please learn to respect others time.

Why flipkart have so much commision and fixed fee of 71 rupee-few days ago I received a order total amount of 189 and flipkart giving customer free shipping in that price and cutting so much commison 24 rupee and fixed fee of 71 rupee and after giving customer free shipping flipkart cut the dilvery charge 16rupee from sellar im very dissatisfied with flipkart if its going on i am going to close my flipkart account Really not like flipkart they dont have pricing strategy for sellar they are charging what ever they feel so bad flipkart i will never recommend flipkart to anyone thanks
