Unusable App
I downloaded the app when I was on the flipperspizzeria website and there was an ad to receive a $10 reward upon downloading the app. Well I downloaded the app, created an account, verified it through email, added my residence, location, etc. The whole shebang. I quickly come to find out that the app is completely unusable. When I sign in and click on “begin new order” and click either option of “carryout” or “delivery” it cannot find my location whether I select “use address” or “current location”. I live in Florida and the only locations that populate are California, Georgia, Virginia and Maryland. There’s no way for me to type in my store location in Orlando. Idk why that’s not an option. So I’m completely out of luck in placing any orders through the app. Oh, and the $10 reward… never got that either. I’m left to uninstall and wait for them to fix these issues.

App does not work
Can you please fix the app. It’s broken. I notified you weeks ago that the app does not work. Please fix it so I can order your amazing pizza. Thanks

Easy to use and great pizza
Much less hassle than similar apps I have used.
Call them, theres no confirmation of order
Makes no sense to use the app when you have no idea the status. Call them and speak to a person. If your app is in beta mode dont let it out to the public.
Horrible app
App doesn't scale properly on iPhone XR, which makes the keyboard take up half of the screen. App also cannot find my address despite being one mile away from a location. You lost a sale because of this app.
Please add Apple Pay support.
Would love to be able to pay through Apple Pay.
Quite possibly the worst app ever
Cannot place an order for today, only tomorrow or later.
Trying to enter my address and am told that Google mapping service cannot find my address.
Literally worthless unless you want to place an order for a delivery date of tomorrow or later.

Decent app with room for improvement
This app is easy to use. However, it would be nice to know the progress of the order, i.e. when the pizza will be ready for take out/delivery...
Okay app
With complete focus into the function of the app, and not to do with the amazing pizza, it’s an app that works but could use an update. Especially to allow a user to check their history and receive an email notification. I understand the delivery system is different, but it would be nice to at least wait with a confirmation instead of half paranoid if I even ordered the pizza or not.

Good bit could be great.
As others noted, it needs a better way to change toppings on half of the pizza. I think this would help on accuracy for the cooks to get the topping right on the pie too.

Never lets me down. We order half-n-half and specialty pizzas all the time!! Super simple to use. I appreciate the email confirmation with approximate pick up time.
Needs an easy Half/Half pizza ordering option.
The apps functionality is great. I can order in less than a minute. BUT, we need the ability to order half/half signature pizzas. When I want a half Hawaiian/Pepperoni pizza, I have to select the Hawaiian, select half the toppings and add pepperoni to the other half. Inevitably, I get a call from the store to confirm the order. While I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail (great job CMR-San Diego!), its kind of annoying after ordering pizza for over a year. Should be an easy option to add.

Not intuitive how to build your own pizza. But you can start with a cheese pie and then add to it.

A bit confusing, no tip
The app is a bit confusing if you want to change specifics like delivery address.
My biggest issue is that there is no way to include a tip for delivery.

Poor payment mechanism - Fixed with update
Forces you to start an order over from the beginning if you leave the app, even for a moment.

After the first order it takes less than a minute to submit an order. Has always arrived as promised.
