the mobile app is so bad and the fact that you have to pay $35 per month on the website just to download your work is absolutely ridiculous so i definitely won’t be using this website for my work again

Signing onto the app doesn’t load my original account it loads a new one with a different name. Complete waste of time

Not downloading or favouriting
Hi, recently downloaded this app seeking a particular magazine. I have registered but is not letting me favourite a particular magazine and is only half downloading all of the pages when I attempt to read. Will not allow me to download. Is this a standard error? Are there any fixes?
