App is difficult and the service is terrible
It is hard to find your prescriptions for refill. The pharmacy itself let my diabetic medicine lapse (because it was expensive) and then after my A1C went up they said the medicine wasn’t working. The medicine I had not been taking for 3 weeks because they let it lapse. So then they denied supplying it at all. They are all about the dollars and do not care about the patient. They will end up getting people killed.

Frustrating
The app is very frustrating to use…you try to log in and you get an error message…you try to reset the password and you get an error message. It takes a solid 15 minutes of just trying to log in let alone order your medication and then you get another error message that reads “try again later” This should not even be called a health app. You have to do better especially when as an employee we have no choice but to use this ridiculous app to obtain the proper medication for my family. DO BETTER!!!

There’s horrible then horrendous then Flipt
By far the most unstable and horrible service. I actually feel bad for the people that take the calls they are always so nice but they must get beat up all day. My company really did a doozie on us with this choice for prescription drug coverage.
Took time to catch on
It took me several months to understand Flipt. You have to think of Flipt as GoodRx with more features.
Unreliable
Every time I go to the pharmacy there is a problem, I have to call the insurance provider, then the pharmacy calls them again- waiting forever on the phone to get through, etc. A really crappy system/app!
