He needs to collect the bubbles for breathing and stay in the air.
Just tap the right side of the screen in time and deliver him a board as a platform and he will jump off that platform.
Don't forget your boards are limited.
When the fishy gets the bubbles, you will get one more board to make him jump.
Don't waste your boards.
