Do Not Use This App
I purchased credits and lifetime miners and had some moderate success on nodes but nothing is automated and feels like you are waiting on someone to manage everything manually behind the scenes.
I was receiving sporadic payouts from my lifetime miners until I moved to a new phone and ported my key to transfer my wallet and all of my credits and miners were wiped out - support is usually very responsive but will not reply to this issue.
Way too frail of a system to trust with any real money.

Broken App
I tried to swap BTC for other coins in the app and they are āstuckā. Itās been two weeks and the support team STILL has not responded nor returned my money. Use at your own risk you could lose your money.

I have been using this app for 6 months, and I absolutely love it. It definitely is a little buggy but I havenāt lost or had any funds stolenā¦ the fact that you simply transfer coins into the wallet and hit set up masternode and they do all the rest of the work is hard to beat. Find a coin that has decent liquidity you will be fineā¦ Iām in the United States in case you are reading this and wonder if it is ok to use for US citizens.
Regarding customer service - I have used the in app customer service ticket support system multiple times and it might take a day or 2 for them to respond but they always do and have fixed some issues I have had.
Overall this app does exactly what it says it does! And given the amount of work the team is doing in the background so I donāt have to I would definitely recommend this app.

Horrible App& Team
Everything about the app is broken. People that invested in mining are screwed out of thousands with no feedback/support. Stay away!
Crypto exchange
I give it 1 star due to them taking off crex24 as a crypto exchange now Iām stuck with coins I canāt do anything with, they need to step up there game fast !

SCAM STAY VERY FAR AWAY
I the app doesnāt update prices for tokens properly. Kept saying I had over $3,000 value and when I went to pull out my money when I swapped FLS almost 2,200 coins at current price .71 everywhere to LTC I was expecting over $1,500 instead I received $920. and also i swapped NS (Nodestats) over 100,400 coins, the app said it was valued still at .018 valued at ($1,800) but I looked on CMC and other markets it said the coin was valued at .0108 which was still $1,084. When I actually swapped it for LTC they only gave me $568 in the swap. Not to mention when I initially swapped my LTC to NS i transferred into the app 2 months ago i was automatically down $300. So on total Iāve lost between $1,500-2,000 from this app in swapping. SCAMM STAY VERY FAR AWAY!

Hi there, some coins on the app have a low liquidity, and therefore the swap rates are not optimal. The app always shows the rate your get, please always check this first.

I love the layout and features of the app however Flits needs a lot of improvement to provide a satisfactory experience.
Exchange swaps are a problem. Iāve done about eight and none have gone through without help from support.
Masternodes only start after multiple attempts.
The fails many times to load balances , show coins being staked and number of modes.
If you donāt have alot of patience or time donāt download this app.

Mining Issues
Itās interesting that I bought $1k worth of mining workers about a month ago and havenāt seen anything but zeros in terms of earnings. If this is how Flits will be, just taking peopleās money then Iād prefer Stakecube. Iāve actually made profit with them immediately after purchasing mining workers.

Hi there, if you have some issues, please contact our support. We pay miners weekly in FLS, and 2 times a month in BTC, so we're afraid this cannot be true. Make a ticket and we solve it for you.

I started off by making an initial deposit but within minutes my btc was gone and my balance was back at 0 . I have no idea what happened

How come Energi NRG was removed from the app?? Thatās the only reason I downloaded the app.
Broke
Currently broken on a 6s with latest iOS. Goes to blank white screen after briefly showing wallet. Reinstalling and recovering wallet did not fix the issue.
Unable to send Zcoin
I downloaded the app about two months ago and deposited some Bitcoin for fees and Zcoin for a masternode. I started a masternode and waiting for 50 days (about the 3 times they say to first get paid) to have the node cancelled by Flits due to an upgrade by Zcoin. It was only cancelled because I reached out to them on multiple occasions to see what was going on with the node. Now they say it will be a few weeks till they can get the update right on their end. Iām trying to get my Zcoin back but Iām not able to send them to a different wallet and support takes days before they get back in touch. Iām reaching out here in hopes they get this negative review which I will gladly adjust once my issue is resolved. Iāve seen from other reviews that their support team is lacking the help they need to address their customer concerns. Hopefully they can get more help or maybe they just donāt care. I guess Iāll see.

Hello there, Not sure who told you told you this could take a few weeks, but currently the ZCoin wallet is operational on the app after the update we have done last week.

When I have been able to contact them, they usually fix the issue after I constantly request help for several weeks.
Even still, this is not a good way to run a master node server. Give me more access or fix the issue within a reasonable amount of time.
This time it has been 8 days that Iāve paid for and not received a single reward. When I reached out, all I was told is to use the in app support. No future info was given. So I reached out in every single way possible. Still no response at all and nobody will help me in the discord server.
The app could be great if the devs actually supported the paying members...
