Terrible customer service

The app stopped working despite paying premium. Contacting them is helpless as the AI generated message of transferring you to a human keeps coming with no contact from anyone

Speichert nicht die Einstellungen

Ich nutze diesen Player schon sehr lange auf verschiedenen Geräten. Auf iOS habe ich jedoch das Problem, dass die Sprache und die Kategorien, die ich ausblenden möchte, nicht gespeichert werden. Sehr nervig!

I don’t recommend

I paid one time and it should be for ever , then surprisingly my account expired, I contact the support many times through the email and no one has answered me .
