Today was my first day journaling with the app and honestly the soothing colors and soft theme of the app made it so nice to keep going. The open questions it offers, allowed me to really think and dive into myself. I enjoy this method better than actually writing down in a notebook because it was so easy to navigate. I recommend this app to all ages and genders, everyone needs an outlet, so start here ❤️
