Free flow
Loving this app! I paid for full access and it’s definitely worth it. I love being able to practice without a video/screen. I feel like I can actually tune into myself while still having guidance along the way. It’s a newer app so there are still some glitches in the premade sequences, but overall this app is a game changer for me as a yoga teacher!!

Beautiful flow app
Beautiful app to create my own flow sequences. Still doing the trial version. I wish it wasn’t so expensive per month though.
