I can't even use the app. The moment I open it, it says my device "isn't compatible". With no explanation as to why
Ungenau
Leider sind die Ergebnisse zu ungenau. Vorsprünge von Leitungsverkleidungen/Schornsteinen werden nicht oder schlecht erfasst und schräge 45 Grad Wände „verschmieren“ in der Datenwolke. Für mich ist der praktische Mehrwert nicht gegeben, obwohl das Preistableau attraktiv ist.
Great app to measure
I’m an insurance adjuster and using this app to measure has been a great experience, however i’m hopeful in the future that they make it so that when you export the measurements that they can create a feature that allows for us to import into our estimating program right now that feature is not available. Also, with the jpg output when you email it to yourself, it becomes extremely pixelated and hard to read the measurements. I would love to be able to speak to one of the administrators to help out on some of these ways to improve the app. Otherwise it is a great app for the price, and great alternative to hover.

Lidar only?
This app worked tolerably well, though it takes some patience and trial and error, starting all over after spending 20 minutes scanning. But in the end results were pretty good. But now the app says it only works on devices with Lidar, so I got one use out of it.
Listing Layout
I’m used to using Floplan which was super intuitive and very precise and could map out a property in minutes but unfortunately they went out of business.. I spent over an hour trying to get a layout of a 1100 square foot home and had to do the mapping 5 times. Once it was finally compete I can’t read the dimensions at all. There’s no way to scale in to make the writing bigger. The idea is great but the functionality is poorly designed and needs massive improvement.

Leichte Handhabung
Jedoch verstehe ich nicht, warum Raumhöhe nicht auch mitgeteilt wird. Für die räumliche Darstellung wird sie erfasst. Dieses Maß wäre hilfreich für die Planung der Einrichtung.
Very good, but not perfect.
The lack of an edit means that when there is an error in scanning, it needs to be deleted and restarted. Thinks it doesn’t get right include windows with curtains, doors and their surrounds….

aber es ist kaum ein Mehrwert für mich. Maße werden gemessen, leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit Flächen zu berechnen.
Sharing Made So Simple!
As a contractor, communication with clients is key. Room Wizard has allowed me to quickly scan spaces, make a few tweaks, and share it with clients almost instantly. The export options are diverse, ensuring that the floor plan looks just right for presentations. This app has truly revolutionized how I approach new projects.

This app has issues
I scanned a complicated house and the scanner tool couldn’t keep straight lines, missed doors and wasn’t editable after to fix the problem, plus the dimensions were so small on the finished piece that I had to fill them in after printing. I don’t recommend this app before they fix these issues.

Thank you for your feedback! We just added a way to configure the dimension font size in Settings - please give that a try and let us know if it fixes your issue! It’s available in version 1.2.3 which just released today. For the straight line issue - sensor data can begin to drift if you scan large or complicated spaces. Apple has announced changes to the scanning flow coming in iOS 17 that will improve these issues. Stay tuned for these improvements later this year once iOS17 is released. In the meantime, you can try scanning with plenty of light, and move your device slowly through the scene.
