A shared Hub device (a tablet on the wall) offers the same PIN-based clock-in for venues that prefer a communal kiosk. Managers get a weekly Clock in/out review that flags any missing or incomplete time, with a one-tap way to fill it in — or mark it as a recorded absence with a reason, instead of guessing. LEAVE, ABSENCE & SWAPS Staff request holiday or a shift swap from their phone; managers approve with one tap. Managers can also record holiday, sickness or an absence directly — for the phone call before a shift, not just the request that comes in advance.
