Ads galore
I love this game, but all of a sudden there is so many ads it’s ridiculous. It started off with a few ads here and there but tonight it’s just ad city. If the ads continue like this, I’m deleting the game.
Way too many ads
I get it you have to pay to get no ads but like everything needs a ad for this game and it stops in the middle of playing for ads it makes me not what to play just for that reason you can’t really get into the game because of all the ads I like it tho it’s a good game
Glitches
I would rate higher except i got to play the game for 10 minutes once. The next time i tried to play it suddenly turned on a tutorial i cant escape. By that i mean it instructs you what to do with this little white glove pointing at the character for you to tap in it but there’s no way for you to tap out of doing it and get back to your game. It tries to get you to upgrade except i already did and have no coins left… i need to play the game except it wont let me play the game. I had to keep exporting the game to try again but it will not let me pierced to play so im to uninstall because im not trying to have a heart attack while trying to relax. Not worth downloading.

I love love love the game, but once I got to a certain point my workers just completely quit working!

I swear I was able to carry four objects at a time… has it always been two? The game feels suddenly much slower…
Too many adds
Most games like this have option adds to get more money or double your prize. This game has adds just constantly popping up while you are cleaning or running around. Uninstalled.
Wasted money
I was enjoying flop house and upgrade to no adds but then my game started glitching. On level 3 my swings and basketball helpers have stopped working. People only go to 3 rooms. I all of my extras food trunk, recycling and carousel no longer earn any money even after I do the tasks.
Malicious Use of Popups Stop Your Progress!
I had fun until you blocked me from refilling fundraiser tickets with popups. Uninstalled the second time that happened, and I was sure it was happening on purpose. That’s dirty. 😠
Broken
Been a long time player, put so much time and money into this game. Reached out multiple times to devs and put in tickets to report issues and no fix. I’ve updated every time they do a “bug fix” no fix. It’s stuck on the opening animation. I can’t do anything at all !

Ads ads ads
Cannot play game consistently for more than 2 minutes without ad popping up for other games. Cannot exit out of ads either. Have to completely shut down app and go back in. Waste of time. Game is fun for the first 2 mins

Very nice game, but then you get ad every 20 seconds. Ads are 30 seconds long. As you progress you get an ad every 10 seconds. .
Wasted money
I’m disappointed because I really liked this game and I spent money to have no ads, just for it to start having glitches on August 9th 2026. I hope they fix it with an update otherwise I’m deleting it.
1. I keep getting more stars, but it’s still stuck at level 10 for the 3rd map.
2. The food truck shows all recipes are locked but when you clean it still drops food.
3. The free stuff you are supposed to get daily under the treasure chest freezes and doesn’t give it to you.
4. A lot of the workers and cleaners stop working and you have to do their job.
I can’t even progress to unlock the next map because no matter how many stars I earn it doesn’t show up.

Unbearable to play free
I enjoy the cosy concept of this game and would love to continue but have had to delete. The number of ads is egregious. To add insult every time you get an add it asks if you want to pay to remove them. Either make the game free to play or don’t. For such a simple game there is no need to aggressively push micro transactions

Glitching
First shelter- half the rooms never allow guests and second shelter the bar tender just quit working!
Cool but….
I am experience the same issue as the other user. My bartender, cleaner and tattoo artist also stopped working I paid to have the ads removed but may request a refund if glitches aren’t fixed soon

I really enjoy playing the game however can’t figure out how why some

Not sure why but they just stand there. maybe a bug issue?
