Toooo many ads
I get it ads make the game free but I barely get any game play as every few seconds an ad comes up. So frustrating makes me not want to play it anymore. Space them out something damn.

and I still have crazy ads and still get notifications while playing asking - if I want to purchase add one and no ads.

Once you get to the second shelter things go downhill

The support team for this app will not help you. They know about the issues. They know the technical details and have for several months. If you uninstall, you’ll lose your progress. There is no fix. I just want a refund.
You’re likely here because you’re having issues in the game or you liked the ad. It started out fun and cute. I’ve spent money on this app because it was fun and I always support creators when I enjoy an app. Unfortunately, things got wonky once I hit level 2 and the bartender stopped working. Sometimes the cleaners don’t work. I’m on the third shelter now and around level 10. Nothing is working correctly anymore. I’ve contacted support but there’s been no real resolution. There’s also no progression in the game once you’re in level 10. I hate that these issues are occurring because I love the game. I’ve offered to send a screen recording of the gameplay to the creators but they haven’t responded. This could be a really fun game once the creators get the kinks worked out. At this point, I want a refund for all the in app purchases I’ve made since I started on the third shelter. I’m really disappointed.

Way to many ads shame because it would be a good game with them heavily reduced. The bartender and cleaner just stopped working on the second place so I uninstalled the game and reinstalled to see if this would make them work again, all of my progress has gone. Deleted the game for good as I’m not doing it all again. What a joke

Freezing
Game is so fun and addicting but my workers keep freezing in the second level and so I have to do all the work.
Lost progress
I had been plying consistently. Spent about 50 bucks and everything. The game started glitching so I uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it fixed it. But instead I lost all my progress and had to start all over. So I’m probably just going to uninstall it for good.
Prices are high but pay is low

No meaningful updates in months. The app feels abandoned. It has potential, but without active development, it’s hard to recommend.

TOO MANY ADS
This game looks a lot of fun but immediately you are pounded with ads. You really have no choice but to purchase the “No Ads” unless you enjoy ads popping up every single time you clean a bed, which is a necessary part of playing the game. I’m wary of those purchases because it’s common for it not to actually take away all ads. Super annoying. I get having us look at ads every now and then but this is excessive and it’s really disappointing.

Please fix all the bugs
So many crashes in the game. None of the barbers are working. Also, the cash rewards throughout the game are bugged. The safes full of money where you can watch a video or pay three diamonds to collect cash used to give me around 35K and now they’re only $15.
I’m only getting a maximum of $15 at the truckload event once I complete, and the motorcycle carousel gives me 0 dollars once I complete. All cash rewards have stopped working correctly.

Great Game but Annoying Ads!
It’d be nice if I could enjoy the game without having a long drawn out ad popping up every minute! Can’t even enjoy the game! I like the game and I’m hoping this will change, or I’m not even going to bother, and I’ll delete it. Ads are everywhere and I am so sick of it.

more ads than gameplay
in no exaggeration you have to watch an ad literally every 30 seconds that you cannot skip and you get nothing for them randomly popping up. I can’t even play long enough to see if i even really like the game.

I love this game but lately it keeps crashing in me. Closing on its own ever 5mins. Please update the game so i can continue to enjoy it!
