This is NEW! I can’t get past the FIRST page- looks like 2 questions!
So I put in my Zip…NP. BUT THEN they ask for “locations” yet don't let u click on the line/or next to “location”; doesn’t bring ur keyboard back up & doest give u a drop down list (from zip u gave).
If u TRY to “continue” it won’t allow u cause “the form”?-or “all (2) questions weren’t filled out”. It’s RIDICULOUS!!!
Won’t even let me leave this page without giving it AT Least one star (not even a half!!! How do I giv a star wen I can’t get past first page?!?!?!

Bad App
The app is missing a lot of fundamental pieces (like a back button). I wouldn't call it buggy, just poorly built.
No ability to change floral shop that I've found. Since I buy flowers all over the country, this is not ideal.

Does not work
I opened the app but it never loaded. I waited for about 15 minutes before giving up. This app needs attention.

This didn't work either of the two times I downloaded it. No flower shop info and trying to tap the tabs at the bottom yielded no results.

I placed an order for my anniversary, but when time came for the flowers to be ready they weren't. I then called the local florist to see what the problem was but they had no record of my flower at all. The local florist was great about the whole thing and made up the order immediately. Plus there are no contact numbers for the app for situations like this, the only phone number given was for my local florist.

This app does nothing after placing one order. Forget about it.
Bummer app
It stopped working after my first order. In addition, I get points for every dollar I spend at my florist that can be used against future orders. When the points did not show up in my account I contacted them. I was told I would not get points if I used the app... Yet I didn't see that anywhere on the app site!

Asks for a keyword, I put "roses" and it says "Invalid Keyword". FAIL.

I can't use the same account as the website, so I create another. then the email field gives the domain name keyboard with no @ sign
I can easily pick what I want, but then when it comes to selecting a recipient, I can pick someone from my address book, but it doesn't auto fill the address!
payment was PayPal or an account with the florist, which wasn't made known up front. thankfully I had PayPal.
I only used it due to free $10 credit from my florist, then I immediately deleted the app.

Doesn't link to existing address book
I have an existing account with a number of names already set up in an address book. Unfortunately, even though my account was recognized, I can't access the existing address book. So much for convenience...

This app is amazing, there everything you can ever imagine and more. It was so easy to select the occasion and then the type of flowers I wanted. This is the go to app for all occasions. Fast, efficient and stress free!!!!

So easy it's crazy
I was skeptical at first but right after I placed the order for my Gf in Alabama I called and they assured me everything was fine and doubled checked all the info. I will def use this again and again it's the best floral app on the market by far! You have a customer for life!
Limited inventory available in app
I have yet to actually use this app successfully. It doesn't link to my online account so I had to set up yet another account in the app. It is also very limited in the products offered and I couldn't find the arrangement I usually send via the full website. For now I will continue to use the full website on my iPad instead of the app.

Well that was easy
Needed to send flowers and saw an add to use this app. It was almost too easy, so I called to check up on my order after I completed it on my phone. The sales lady had already received and started processing my order. All and all, my mom received the flowers that day and everything was great. Thankss

Not impressed
It works great until I get to set up the contact person for delivery. The app freezes and I can't get any further. Tried to reinstall the app. but without success.
Easiest app for sending flowers
I've used the 1800flowers and Proflowers app and floralapp was so much easier to order, navigate, and send flowers. The app operated so much faster than the other apps.
