good, but extra, app
I love how easy it is to place a travel note, and I love the notifications every time my card is used. It’s helpful to know exactly when my auto-payments come out, and to watch for fraud!!

Annoying
I find it unnecessary that a whole second app is required for just the card control functions that used to be included in the Florence Bank app. It also will not connect to my main bank account and will not let me log in. When I called about this problem customer service basically told me they don’t know what’s going on and had no way of fixing it. It’s just an unnecessary annoyance and I wish it was reintegrated into the main app.
