Florence Works4U

For those potholes, damaged sidewalks, and other local problems that need attention from the Town, the Florence Works4U app makes reporting local issues easier than ever! This app uses GPS to recognize your location, gives you a menu of common service requests to select from, and allows you to upload pictures to accompany your request. The mobile app can also be used for a variety of other requests such as park maintenance, street light repairs, water and sewer concerns, code compliance issues, illegal dumping, debris on roadways, and many others. Residents who create a profile can also track the status of reports they or other members of the community have submitted.
