All of a sudden the crossword puzzles don’t print. Puzzle comes out blurry

The app has changed. Who is responsible I do not know. When I tap on it, rather than get the newspaper, I get an advertisement to download the app that I am using. Basic content is in a seperate box labeled “bonus” that must be accessed separately by tapping editions. We have no choice, what, drive somewhere to buy a paper version of the newspaper?
