Horrible bouquet

I used this service for months and was happy with it until last week - I ordered a sympathy arrangement with white flowers, green plants and a white bow. The message on the card was clearly one of condolences. The basket arrived with dead leaves, wilted pink flowers and a crushed pink gingham bow!!! Horrible. I was mortified. Customer service is refunding me $16 of the more than $100!!! Completely unacceptable.
