Payment method glitch
On the final checkout screen, the payment method repeatedly glitches and I can’t submit my order. When I select Apple Pay, it doesn’t display the final prompt to submit the order (tip screen and submission). Very annoying.
Worst app of all time?
It’s possible this is the worst app ever. It constantly doesn’t put orders in which I only discover after showing up at the restaurant. Just now, I caught an order that didn’t go through. I was about to place it again, but a “your order is ready” message popped up so I walked over to the store. Lo and behold it didn’t go through. The developer of this travesty needs a wake up call!

Shopping cart
Still having trouble with the shopping cart, not showing anything despite me adding things to the cart. I can add things and the upper right hand corner says that they are in the cart, but when I go to look at them, it gives me the “so much empty!” error
Right to Nutritional Information
People should have access to their food’s nutritional value - calories, sugar, sodium etc. to make informed decisions around their unique needs. Every large restaurant chain has to disclose this information by law, I feel like Flour is large enough to be transparent with its consumers. The food/ drinks are okay. I’ve tried a large variety given the store’s proximity to my house and it gets the job done.

Useless
Can’t checkout. Can’t add a card. Doesn’t tell you why, it just disables the checkout button.
Just awful
Truly impossible to use this app. Unable to check out as guest or set up an account. After completing all the info the screen is completely static. There is no option to submit the information

Can be hard to checkout as the app doesn’t tell you if something is sold out correctly
Please fix the last update
Ok can’t delete a review, but I’m updating this to, Almost solved: The app has not been allowing me to use my “favorite” orders after the latest updates. Next time I order from the app I’ll try to delete my old favorites and create a new set and see if this fixes it
App not food
The restaurant is great! But the app is a little glitchy and doesn’t allow you to pay with gift cards (as far as I’ve been able to figure out)
Please fix the last update
This app was working perfectly until a required update last week. Since then I had to troubleshoot, relaunching the app a couple times and then restarting my phone just to place an order on Friday 6/27. Today I tried again and couldn’t order even after relaunching the app and then restarting my phone. I only go to flour when I can order ahead on my commute. Otherwise it’s not worth the time/money

Broken app since iOS 18, stuck on launch screen, even if you delete and reinstall
Ever since iOS 18 this app no longer works. Even if you uninstall the app, reinstall it, it shows the flour logo, flickers for a second, and remains stuck on the launch screen. I’ve tried every few weeks to reinstall hoping it was just something with apples update. But this is the only app that doesn’t work.

App Never Works
The app always has “internal server problem” when trying to place an order. Why even have an app and not a digital menu if it’s not going to work.
App is unusable
Love the bakery, but this app is absolutely unusable. I can’t get it to load past the Home splash Screen. Just gets stuck. I reached out to support already.

I have the newest iPhone and always keep software up to date. Flour’s app for months will not work. It goes to the splash screen with the egg logo and freezes. Bummer to not be able to use rewards with a modern device.

The app never gets past the load page. Multiple uninstalls and reinstalls and still errors every time. Old app never had any problems.
