I have never had any issues with the app. It has always worked great for me! I have ordered several times and almost every time I wear Flourish I get a compliment. Geordian, the owner of Flourish in Frills, is hands down the sweetest, caring, most selfless person I have had the privilege to chat with. The customer service is top tier! I asked her if she could bring in larger models to try on clothes to match my body type and a week later she had 2 new models with different body types to show off her collections. She’s very responsive and transparent with her customers. The app is also very easy to navigate and makes shopping very efficient. I’m normally a t-shirt and jean shorts kinda girl but Geor finds the CUTEST clothes and takes all the stress out of of figuring out what looks good, is in style, and is actually a good quality. She gets to know her customers and based on DMs, what you buy, and what you like, she’ll eventually be able to tell you what probably will or won’t work for you. A DREAM! Even if a certain collection isn’t for you, the lives (in the app!) and try ons (instagram) are so fun and really brighten my day. Big love to F in F and Geor!

Flourish in Frills is my absolute favorite place to shop for clothes. Geordian (the owner) provides top notch customer service, and you truly feel like her BFF because of her weekly live videos and the interactions she has with her customers. She truly knows something about each of her customers, and tailors to them!! That’s one of my favorite things is asking a question on a live video and she immediately knows what to say! Shipping is super fast, customer service is a 11/10 because it’s that amazing, and the clothes are just so stinkin cute. This app is super easy to use, you’re always logged in so you can get those rewards points, easy check out process … and i could go on and on. I can’t say enough good things!!
