FLOW-LIKE BETA 0.1.6 — THE WHOLE APP IS THE WORKFLOW This release brings the workflow, interface, AI, and data behind a complete app into one connected experience. FLOWPILOT, ACROSS THE APP FlowPilot is no longer limited to an open board. Ask it to create apps and pages, edit workflows, work with data, navigate, call connected apps, and show pages or chats directly in the conversation. Optional, profile-scoped memory helps it retain useful context. Changes remain reviewable and land as a single undoable update. FLOWSCRIPT: YOUR VISUAL FLOW AS CODE Open any board as readable, TypeScript-flavored FlowScript. Edit it with highlighting, completions, go-to-definition, and live diagnostics, then safely reconcile it back to the visual graph. Stable identities and deletion safeguards help protect large workflows. BUILD RICHER APP EXPERIENCES Turn workflow output into interactive Calendar and Gantt views. Drag events, resize tasks, link dependencies, track milestones, and send every action back into a typed workflow. The new Diff View compares text, code, Markdown, JSON, and documents. You can also add voice recording, animated playback, conversational mode, user profiles, richer schema-driven forms, and runtime path pickers. Pages and generated widgets can now appear directly in chat. LOCAL AI FOR VOICE, VISION, AND MEDIA New local and hosted speech tools let apps record, transcribe, respond, and speak. Local face analysis adds detection, landmarks, and identity embeddings. Thirty new media nodes cover video probing, transcoding, AV1, transforms, thumbnails, contact sheets, audio analysis, silence detection, subtitles, and HLS packaging—without requiring FFmpeg. Mixed text, images, audio, video, and documents also move through chat history more reliably. CONNECT APPS WITH CONTROL Apps can expose selected events and data to other apps through explicit connections and roles. Process lineage follows work across app and event boundaries. Related apps can now ship as governed Suites with their own identity, membership, visibility, and publication flow. A STRONGER DATA STUDIO Install, sample, query, and manage remote ontologies. Improved graph tools add validation, pathfinding, centrality, community analytics, saved queries, and executable ontology actions. FASTER, SAFER, EASIER TO EXPLORE Canvas updates are leaner, large boards stay more responsive, and FlowPilot causes fewer unnecessary rerenders. Home and Explore have been redesigned around FlowPilot, categories, charts, apps, and packages. “My Apps” replaces “Library,” onboarding now reflects the current product, and more than 1,600 generated node documentation pages are searchable and linked from node info. ALSO FIXED This update improves mobile push notifications, pinned app and profile shortcut sync, templates, page scoping, package updates, app acquisition, offline databases in Data Studio, path selection, storage visibility and retention, and model download size reporting.
