配置新模型的体验极其糟糕
这是我用过的同类 app 中配置模型方式最不直观，最难用的，App 本身的功能也就那样，没有特别出彩的地方，但是配置体验真的烂到家了，新手别买，花钱是小事，纯粹给自己添堵
Near perfect
This has almost every feature I want in an AI client: fluid interface, no lag with long conversations, attachment support, web lookup, voice transcription, iCloud sync and even a pretty usable memory feature.
My only complaint is that it’s a bit complicated to add new models. If you are tech-literate, it shouldn’t be too much of a challenge. But it could be easier.
Other than that, it’s perfect.

美观、流畅第一
特别好的客户端，作者审美也很厉害。现在迫切希望改善：1/ prompt固定，一个prompt下可以有多个子集对话；2/ API 模型添加能支持多个模型，且能自定义名称。3/ MCP 工具继续自定义命名！！！！！现在多个mcp添加进来直接混乱了。
Great, Smooth App. Needs Automatic Model Fetching
The app looks and feels great, with fluid animations, and adopting native macOS design. Definitely recommend this app to people! The only feature request to the developer is that the model management is cumbersome, as it is manual, and unclear how to input API keys, etc. If there can be an API key field, and all the models of an API provider can be managed in one place (instead of saving individual models), this app would rock!

Hello, API keys are banned from the App Store, and the only option is in-app purchase. We are not planning for that. Automatic fetching is available, provided your endpoint supports it. Thank you for your understanding.
A-list LLM Client
The performance of FlowDown is amazing! I was truly impressed by the rendering performance, even during the beta testing stage — it's significantly better than the native official ChatGPT app. I also hold a similar attitude with the developer (or project leader), toward the concept of native app & privacy. As someone who has been using this app since literarily day one, I can really see the effort the team has put into it. The project leader is active in the Discord group, constantly working to fix bugs and add new features.
That said, there are still a few frustrating issues. I have to admit that the process to add a model from external service provider is way too complicated. I understand this is partly due to Apple’s restrictions, but I really hope a more streamlined solution can be found. Also, the macOS app is not ‘that’ native. While the performance is solid, the user interface doesn’t fully align with the desktop experience—especially the right-click menu and the settings page, which feel out of place.

Only missing iCloud sync

Once you can sync configurations & chats between iOS and macOS, this app will be perfect.

Characterized by Simplicity, Fluency, and Lightweight design
FlowDown really is the most fluent LLM client I’ve ever used. The smoothness of the app experience cannot be matched by any other app. Developer’s support response is remarkably fast compared to others on Discord. Overall, I do think it has great potential for more additional features in future updates. Truly having a great time with it.

Multiple Features in One App
I am seeking for such app support mobile platform + web search + multiple providers + ChatGPT liked UI/UX (Concise + Native) for such a long time. Saw it on Twitter and bought it immediately. That’s exactly what I eager for. I am now being able to use it to alternate all kinds of Chat Apps on my iPhone since it provides all great features.
Plus, if possible, may you mind to simplify the process of adding new model and I suppose providing a group setting can better help managing these models.
