Magazine purchased won’t download
I have paid £3.99 for a magazine which will not download. The money has been taken from my account straight away. Now the app will not open. Please refund my money!! Do not buy

This app never loaded, it just shows a spinning wheel 😔
The app wont work
This app is a lemon - avoid as it does not work on IOS9. It tries to load but fails.

Magazines are always late to download- you don't get them quicker than having them posted, which I'd think would be the point of getting them electronically? Weeks later than the newsstand in fact!
Also, all my subscription issues are unavailable to me now I have a new iPad, despite following the in-app instructions. Now I have to search for my receipts ( among all my iTunes receipts! Great!) and email them to have them restored. Same with my other pocketmags subscriptions. Not my first issue with this app either Not happy *at all*
