I would give 5 star, if only they include the dimensions of the flower arrangements. Also a suggestion to offer office monthly/weekly replacement arrangements for individuals not corporate. Otherwise, exceptional service and timely same day delivery.

Dissatisfied customer
Despite the flowers and chocolate box ordered one day ahead and scheduled for delivery the next day, multiple follow ups and messages, the flowers were delivered extremely late 11 pm; outrageous and the chocolate box was never delivered. Been following up for the last 2 days and the response we get from the customer service : The quality team will contact you the soonest.

i have been dealing with Flowershop for 7 years + .. lately service is pathetic.. you will always receive a call stating that your order is not available and choose an alternative ..deliveries are never punctual! unfortunately i will no longer order from this company!!

I reported a late delivery, they provide you with the usual we will look into it, but I heard nothing since. False promises and not customer focussed. I’ll try someone else next time

I live in the uk and my parents are in Dubai so can be difficult to send gifts so instead I have been using Flowershop for a few years and I would highly recommend. Great flowers/gifts and always turn up when agreed.

The app needs to be updated and integrated with new methods of payment. PayPal, Apple, google pay etc. and redesigned for optimal UX performance. However, been using the website for years, and it has always proven worth the value of the service and provided beautiful arrangements as promised.
