What's New in FlowFlow
2.0.2
September 7, 2026
FlowFlow becomes collaborative - Create team spaces containing multiple themes. - Invite members with a single-use link and choose read or write permissions. - Share an existing theme together with its full folder tree. - Manage members, rename a space, add themes, or stop sharing directly from the sidebar. Hermes joins your spaces - Give Hermes access to one specific space, with read-only or read-write permission. - Revoke or regenerate its access at any time. - Hermes can read authorized folders, notes, and threads, then contribute in the same space as your team. Connect with ChatGPT - Use your ChatGPT subscription for conversations in FlowFlow. - You can still use an OpenAI API key for chat. - An OpenAI API key is still required for embeddings and semantic search. A redesigned interface - Notes are grouped by date for easier navigation. - Collaborative spaces appear clearly before personal folders. - The sidebar, note cards, threads, and empty states have been refined. - Chat has clearer controls, improved source presentation, and a compact menu for assistant actions. - The note editor, action buttons, startup experience, and focus handling have been improved on iPhone and Mac. Improved reliability - Backups now preserve pending transcriptions. - Data migrations are safer and can recover from an interrupted rebuild. - Embedding profile changes no longer mix incompatible indexes. - Shared threads missed by older versions are recovered automatically. - Several persistence, space synchronization, and restore issues have been fixed.
