Creative and Relaxing
I am really enjoy the creative line art. It is fairly easy to use and with multiple adjustments to your lines and designs you can get really creative. The images Save easily to your photos or you can share them too. I find it relaxing.

I have to say with the latest update I am ticked off! I paid for the FULL VERSION about a year or so ago and now what I used to get the developer wants me to pay for again. There isn’t even a Restore Purchases button so that the developers/ app can see that I already paid for the Full version! Until this is corrected my advice is to stay away from this app!!

I’ve had this app for several years. It was amazing at launch and has been regularly updated and maintained consistently for as long as I’ve had it. This latest evolution of the app is through the roof!!

Responsive developer!
I couldn’t figure out how to draw with multiple fingers at once (now in May 2026), and the developer responded to my previous review with instructions on how to activate that ability again. “iOS Settings> Apps> Flowpaper> Disable Pinch and zoom”. It works perfectly! Thank you for the response!
Where is multi-touch?
This app has been on my phone for years, and my favorite feature was that you could draw with 2, 3, 4 fingers at once and draw simultaneous lines. Is this functionality completely gone? I’m not seeing an option in any settings for it and this function doesn’t work anymore by default. The brushes are pretty and it’s a good drawing app. But you’re missing your premiere feature.

The NEW Flowpaper is great!
I was very sad when the original Flowpaper disappeared or became only a business application. But suddenly a new Flowpaper has appeared and I love it! The techniques are somewhat different from the original, but it’s still wonderful. The effects one can get are so different from every other art app I have tried.

Great app but..
Need an export to video, using screen capture, the ui is on top of the canvas and can’t be hidden. More animation control would be nice too.
Animations don’t download
Overall a Beautiful concept with stunning results; however, when the, “animate,” feature is on, it only seems to show the animation on the app’s screen, and if you try to export it, a blank, black .png image is all that’s there. 😔
Good Potential, Limited Accessibility
Overall, this is a nice app to do a few doodles on. I’d like more features to be added like lighting and background animations. The app is 95% paywalled behind a subscription. The animation switch doesn’t seem to do anything. I all would like an option to hide hud. If some of these wrinkles get refined, this app will be a 5/5

most brushes arent usable because you need to pay. only the first brush and the eraser are free.

I’ve had this app for 10+ years. With this app I can create digital art without the high cost on your typical digital media software titles. This app is not only inexpensive it is easy to use and you can make something on yourt first try worthy of hanging on your walls. I highly recommend this app for all ages.

Very interesting application, but the bought subscription constantly disappears and it is necessary to be connected to the Internet again that to restore it

Few brushes to create some beautiful drawings. There's a room for improvement to add more brushes to make it even better.

I’ve spent many hours creating intricate designs. Wether doodling or attempting a masterpiece this app is highly satisfying.

I liked the app so I got the upgrade, now it’s very buggy, I’m using an iPad Pro.
The Zen of drawing
As a commercial art tool it may not have a huge following but to do a daily silky flow across the page and see the stunning results just flow across the page is worth the effort just for the practice of being creative with no particular aim in mind. I don’t believe in ‘mindfulness’ but if I did this would be the answer if drawing and creating is your thing…
