Downloaded and stays stuck on main screen.

By looking through reviews it seems this has been an issue for over a year, which is disappointing. If there’s no technical support for this app then I would rather delete than have it use up storage :/

i downloaded this app and then when i open it i just see the loading screen (puppy in the middle of the scree) and i haven’t been able to access the actual app. i deleted it and redownloaded, powered on and off of my phone etc. but it just hasn’t worked. i was really excited to use this app but sadly i’m unable to use it. and solutions?
