Awful app!

On Day 4, I got an error message saying “We ran into a snag generating your video”. I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking it was an error with the app. It did not restore my data, and tried to get me to purchase all over. No response yet from customer service. Disappointed as this is a cute concept. Do not buy!!
