App is poor - hope insurance itself is better!
App does not load and when trying to contact app support, I am simply directed to the website where I can’t seem to find contact details.

Seems to be a very very useful app and worth the price if you want something that is made easy and simple to follow
Good but needs a clicker
App /training looks good but it doesn’t warn users they will need to get a clicker before they purchase. So I bought the app and Started the training and after telling my puppy was calm (phew!) next stage needed a clicker which due to where we live/my working hours I wouldn’t be able to get until the weekend. We haven’t used a clicker before because it is a small piece of equipment that we will lose/forget to take with us or teenage daughters will use in different way. So I’ve lost the 3 day free trial. I’m not sure the training will work for us if a clicker is needed. Please could you make very clear to people before they purchase what equipment is needed. Thank you.

Great so far although tricky to pick a type for my dog as lurcher did not appear on the list. Neither did whippet or Greek hare hound which are closer than the greyhound I had to choose. However love the courses and going well so far …
Can’t access the training!
I really like Steve Mann's book, so tried to subscribe to this app, so I can continue my puppy's training - in particular work on his separation anxiety and loose lead walking. I subscribed (and it shows up in my subscriptions, so it definitely worked), but when I try to click on anything, it asks me to subscribe again. So, I tried to get in touch to ask for help, but received no response. I then subscribed again, immediately clicked on a video and was instantly taken back to subscribe again! I'm cancelling the subscriptions because I don’t want to be billed twice for something I can’t even access. I've downloaded another training app instead - it’s a shame because I really wanted to use this one, but my puppy's training can’t keep waiting.

Tried this app after checking out other training apps and this is way simpler to use and seems to be more effective as well. Waiting for more content to be added
Jumping
Archie jumps on us frequently and I have the scars to show for it. This technique works well; I just have to have kibble with me all the time.
