Slow, buggy, updates constantly

For an app that “updates” as frequently as it does, it brings little innovation or general ease of use. Several times this app doesn’t even load, sometimes sitting at “please wait while your data connection is established” and simply is unable to do anything, outright crashing at times. For the most part, the app is “usable” but for how often this thing gets updated, I expect it to work.

Incredible fueling system

Best system that I have EVER INSTALLED FOR ALL FUEL CUSTOMERS! Their back office customer service team fixes any error messages immediately while customers employees are standing at the unit. If a part goes bad the system is placed in manual immediately so employee may continue with filling up his vehicle. Part is over sent by FEDX OVER NIGHT AND AT 10:00 am when part arrives I install it within 15 minutes and system is back up and running. I will not ever install any other fueling computer system other than FLUID SECURE. I have been in the fuel business for 24 years and have NEVER BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ANY OTHER SYSTEM THAT IS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKETPLACE TODAY OTHER THAN THEIR SYSTEM. NO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS EVER!!

Annoying pop up

I have notifications turned off because I can’t foresee anything from this app that I would need to be notified of. Every time I open the app to get fuel however, I must close an annoying pop up that tells me that my notifications are off. I wish someone would fix this!

We have this at 5 fuel sites and it is incredible. We use to have a 30% slippage if fuel and didn’t know where it went. Now we now 100%. We love it.
