Nenhum pouco intuitivo, te roubam créditos, não tem suporte 24 hrs e nem por telefone. Plano empresarial não tem app te obrigam a acessar pelo computador e lá funciona não carrega as páginas. Ocultam a informação de consumo de internet

Estrutura de baixo nível de entrega

O plano é OK, mas a empresa não tem um painel web para consulta das informações, você é obrigado a baixar o APP, que você vai usar 1 vez ou nunca. A usabilidade do APP deixa a desejar, interface simples mas pouco intuitiva. Acesso a conta e recuperação somente com email, por ser um sistema para telefonia teria que ter recuperação via número de telefone através de SMS ou WhatsApp. E muitas outras coisas que poderia melhorar.
