Too complicated
Not plug and play for Fluke 3540 FC. If you want to be forced into account management, cloud teams, assets, WiFi pairing, Bluetooth pairing and app troubleshooting, this app is for you!! If you simply want data, find another tool. Whoever wrote this app is overpaid if they make more than minimum wage. Spent all day trying to get it to simply give me data and connect to the 3540. Should have went fishing and use the 3540 FC as an anchor. I would have gotten more value out of it that way than to simply log voltages and a simple way to look at the data.

I have been try to contact a fluke power logger and there is no phone support available. All available instructions do not match the current app lay out and there email support is a slow response joke.
App simply does not work.
This is a terrible app. Have the 3540 FC and monitored power for a week. Can’t get the data off of the device because this app is horrible.

Disappointing.
I really have the need to use the Bluetooth connectivity function but I need a range of 10+ meters. I’m lucky to get 3 meters in open air. I have the latest iPhone model. Why can a UE Boom get 30+M connectivity but I can’t get 5M with Fluke?

Won’t transfer any data.
What a waste of money. Failed to down load data on 2 occasions. It use to but I had to close the app twice after it failed 20min later. What ever you did to the latest update hasn’t worked.
I’ve deleted the app, set everything back up and data still doesn’t transfer. Someone stuffed up the engineering in the back end

Awful
It's frustrating that I can't even see the voltage when saved; it just shows a graph, which is completely unhelpful. Additionally, the multimeter loses connection if you're more than 5 meters away, and anything in the way—like a door—causes issues. I find this app and the Fluke clamp meter to be entirely ineffective and wouldn't recommend them.

£800? Just no, it’s slow, glitchy and annoying.

App won’t let me log in anymore. Waste of money buying an expensive meter and not being able to use it as intended

Connecting/on problem
Can’t connect to the server using this app, i tried couple of times to login but it ends up saying Error, unable to connect to server. What is this and how you can fix this? Please fix this small things.
It only allows to open by signing in without account. I tried with official website to login, i was successfully logged in there but this app doesn’t allows.

Awful app
I have the same complaints from users going back 3 years. Fluke has done an awful job with this app. I can’t crate and assets. Whatever asset I create in the app, it doesn’t save. And there seems to be no communication between the website and the app. This app looks dead and it doesn’t look like fluke is doing anything to fix.

Not user friendly
When I view a temperature graph, there’s no way to see a specific time/temp. You move a red dashed line left to right, but as you slide they don’t show any values. You can get a vague idea of time and temp. Why don’t they have a little window with both Time and Temperature displayed. I want to slide left and right and see the data.
