Dear User, We are sorry for the inconvenience. Payment is completely optional in our app. You can use free credits to generate images. Since each image generation costs us significantly, we show ads to help cover those costs. The ad should not take 20 minutes to reward you with credits, it is a short ad that typically lasts only a minute or two. We kindly request that you contact us through the Settings section of the app so our team can investigate and resolve the issue.

So output is highly depend on the instructions you provide to generate images. We can help you to understand prompt structures. As for subscriptions, all payments and subscription management are handled directly by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your Apple account settings, and Apple Support can also assist if needed.
