What's New in Flux

1.0.6

October 6, 2026

The destination remembers Move and copy start where you last moved something. The first time at the server's start directory, instead of at the top every time. Accent colour everywhere Your chosen colour now applies to the file picker too, which used to stay teal whatever you picked. Both came from reviews. Thank you for those.

Awesome!

Love the app. Can we set the move action starting folder like you can set the opening starting folder?

Appreciate the hard work on this awesome app.

Response from developer

Thanks, glad you're getting use out of it. Yes, and it's in the next update. Rather than a second setting to fill in, the destination picker now starts where you last moved or copied something on that server, and the first time at the server's start directory, the same one that decides where you land when you open it. So if you work in /html/customer/web, that's where Move opens too, instead of dropping you at the root every time. I went that way because a separate "move start folder" would have been a second question whose answer is almost always the one you already gave to the first. If that turns out to be wrong for how you work, tell me and I'll add the explicit setting. Best, Marc
