Fly Tying Inventory

Fly Tying Inventory keeps every material on your tying bench in one place, shows you which flies you can tie with what you already own, and builds a shopping list for whatever is missing. WHAT DO I HAVE? • Add materials by name, brand or type, with auto-complete from a catalog of more than 4,000 materials • Photograph a drawer or a pile of materials and Photo Identify suggests catalog matches; nothing is saved until you confirm • Scan a barcode to add a package, or import a spreadsheet you already keep • Track color, size, quantity and where each material is stored • Get a low-stock alert before you run out of a favorite thread or hook • Start a new bench quickly with a starter kit, and download your inventory as a CSV file whenever you like WHAT CAN I TIE? • More than 300 patterns with materials lists, step-by-step instructions and video tutorials • Your inventory is matched against every pattern, so you see which ones are ready to tie now and what is missing for the rest • Suggested substitutions when you own something close enough • The Workbench keeps the flies you want to tie next, with their missing materials at a glance WHAT DO I NEED? • Send missing materials from any pattern straight to your shopping list • Mark an item bought and it goes into your inventory • Scan a receipt to add everything you bought to your inventory and check it off your list YOUR OWN PATTERNS • Write up your own patterns with materials, steps and a video link • Share a pattern with a link, or submit it to the community library, where every pattern is reviewed before it is published ALREADY USE THE WEBSITE? Sign in with the same account and your inventory is already there. FREE, AND A PERSONAL PROJECT Fly Tying Inventory is free, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. I'm Benjamin Arai, and I build it for fun: I love data and I'm a little overly organized. The goal is to help fly tyers avoid buying materials they already own. There are no plans to charge for it, and what comes next depends on what tyers need at the bench. Found a missing material, a pattern that needs a fix, or an idea?
