Great for travel deals but lack of consistent customer service
I’ve used this app a hand full of times to snag great travel deals but unfortunately there is a lack in customer service. Each rep will tell you something different and it will end up costing you in the end. I’d advise everyone to do the same thing that I did which is to record your own calls because it will take them at least 24 hours to review your call and the results were just as inconsistent as before, even after speaking with a manager. The real question is, will I still continue to use this app? At this rate, unfortunately that answer is no.

TOO much private information
I can understand giving my personal information to the Airline but not this web site. Their job is to find cheap airline tickets. Not gather my sex, birthdate or full name. Purchasing the ticket and giving that information to the airline is another story.
Whoever is the UX designer responsible for this.

I don’t use this app to book flights but I go there to just look how beautiful the colors are. Maybe let get more into the usability of the app. But it’s feel so nice in the eyes. Like drinking cold water on. Warm day.

Expensive
Im 22, the flights are actually way more expensive than ones you’d find directly on the airlines websites.
Promo Codes Reimbursed
Great prices - but just know that if you use a promo code they charge you the full price of the flight and reimburse 7-10 days later!
Can’t See My Flight Information
I just recently downloaded the app and booked my first flight due to the low rates. I received an email about my scheduled flight and a link attached to view my flight information. When I clicked the link, on my screen which sent me to the app it says a have no scheduled flights at this time. I tried the company website…nothing. I even tried viewing my mom and sisters email addresses to see if my itinerary would show up there since I sent them my flight….Nothing. Now I’m concerned because although it’s two months away. I don’t want to show up to the airport without a scheduled flight. Truly disappointed being the first time using the app.

Charges
Tried to book a flight for 3 people ages 25, 26, and 28 and they were not able to give the same price to the older to because they were over 25. Called customer service and when I asked to be transferred to someone else he started questioning me why and got very rude.
There are no discounts
Don’t waste your time. The prices are more expensive than those on a simple Google Flights search. Not sure why they advertise cheaper flights for grads

Their app glitched so I missed out on a great fare
I wonder if anyone else was also having issues on the payment page. My info is completed filled out, yet the app is telling me I have fields missing. I tried restating the app multiple times as well as using different cards. Nothing worked. Customer service gave me a vague answer that didn’t address the payment issue. When I was able to call to ask for help, the fare was gone. The rep was helpful so it isn’t a complete waste.

Easy to work out and figure out !! I was able to work out what was needed within moments and booked a cheap flight. Great !! 🗺🗺
Same rates you get on google...
This app’s interface is nice no arguing that, but the promise of finding the “cheapest” flights out there and save is nothing but false. You can get the exact same rates by looking at google flights, and the best part is that google allows you too see rates on the calendar! Simply put: waste of space on your device.
