I loved this app up until now

To the developer; thank you so much for getting in touch with me in regards to the issue I’m having with this app. The iOS is 15.5 on my (only) device which is a 7th generation iPod touch. Unfortunately the app still doesn’t work/ open. Also I see another reviewer who is using an iPad and who is having the same problem as I am so the developers suggestion to try the app out on an iPad is rather pointless. As well, please don’t offer a one size fits all ‘idea’ to try another device when I explained that while I’m using an iPod and another reviewer is using an iPad and you say that you, the developer, tried the app out on an iPad and it worked. Please understand that I’m not criticizing, this really is a good app and when it was functioning properly I truly enjoyed it, I only hope that the issue can be resolved.
