BOOKING Choose a specialist, pick a time that suits you and confirm the session without leaving the app. Everything you have arranged sits on one screen, with the time shown in the specialist's own timezone as well as yours. DURING THE CALL • Live subtitles, so nothing said is missed — tap the block to collapse it to a single line and give the picture back • Switch between the front and rear camera without leaving the call • Rejoin a call you have hung up on CHANGING PLANS Reschedule or cancel from the session itself. Both sides see who asked and what was proposed, and only the person who needs to answer is asked to. Countdowns run on the server's clock, so two devices never disagree about how long is left.
