Abstürze

Die App ist super Aufgebaut und ich habe mich lange mit der Demo Version beschäftigt, jetzt habe ich ein Abo abgeschlossen und die App stürzt immer wieder einfach ab. Ich erstelle sie mit einem IPAD dadurch wenig Möglichkeiten in Systemdateien zu kommen. Hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen

Awesome Designing tools

This app is great, but one bug to fix would be that when using the “all over print” t shirt, the app always crashes when rendering a video and it will only give me pictures

Please take a look into this cause I would love a video of the creations.

Ridiculous

You literally cannot do anything if you don’t have pro. If you need us to buy something so bad, then just make the app cost money rather than wasting peoples time into downloading the app, just to not be able to do anything.

This app Makes no sense

I’ve tried everything in the world to place a order for my sample and nothing will work I have had people open my link to try and buy my clothes but it doesn’t show that anyone viewed my profile or bought anything can someone tell me what’s going on

Features that could Help

Hey I plan on using this app long turn and here are sum things I’d love to see that can really make this app really good
1) Add a option for making promo codes for shoppers.
2) make it so that when I upload a image I can change its color like with embroidery images
3) add compression shirts for sports gear
4) if possible make it so that you can edit the website the app gives you
You guys are doing good so far and I see the vision keep up the good work

Where are the samples I ordered?

I bought two samples on the 3rd it said it would be delivered by apr 12 its is now apr 18th and I still haven’t gotten them I go to the app to see a update but it says “any day now” no update nothing I contacted them they didn’t respond this isn’t a good look the app is good but delivering the clothes I don’t think it’s a good idea your better off creating them and getting a different manufacturer to make them.

EXPENSES

honestly, way too expensive. the app itself is honestly amazing, but we should be able to add the images on the shirts bigger rather than a small square, i want to be able to design the sleeves and the bottom of the t shirt. $15 per week is too much, the clothing prices are too much (from $42.90 for a singular shirt) and $150 yearly is insane

We aim to keep prices as low as possible while maintaining product quality and on-demand production, but we know it’s an important factor and we’re always reviewing this. In terms of design areas, different products use different printing techniques and templates, which means some items have limited print areas (like front-only), while others allow for larger or full coverage designs. We’d definitely recommend exploring other templates in the app — especially all-over print (AOP) items — where you can design across sleeves, hems, and more of the garment. Thanks for your review — it’s awesome that you’re getting into clothing design so early. You can still use FLYP to create and experiment with designs for free, and only order items when you’re ready. Purchase made by mistake by a child and this app refuses to refund

We’re sorry to hear about this situation. All purchases and subscriptions are managed directly through the Apple App Store, so we don’t have the ability to issue refunds ourselves. We recommend contacting Apple Support to request a refund — they’re best placed to review cases like this.
