New features and improvements: – Redesigned call method selection: added a new customer contact window; when multiple phone numbers are available, users can choose a number marked as either primary or additional; the In-app button is now marked as recommended; added an active call screen with mute and speakerphone controls. – Support chat has been migrated from Intercom to Chatwoot. – Added a notification history section.
