Pro: Last week I had a link I couldn’t save and contacted customer support. They responded immediately with a fix that absolutely worked.
Pro: There was a small problem with my purchase. I sent them my receipt and they fixed it immediately.
Tiny, tiny, tiny con: FMate almost always succeeds. There are a negligible, very, very, very few, locked, super-protected videos where it can’t, but it’s so rare that I can’t remember the last time it happened.

Vc compra o app e do nada ele para de funcionar e eles mandam um link pra vc ter que comprar de novo. Comprei o 1º pra um ano e faltando um pouco pra vencer parou de funcionar. Aí comprei de novo no começo do ano e já parou outra vez e já mandaram o link desse aqui.
