This app needs a lot of work
When I check status of my Easter pre-order, the order appears under all four headings: all, processing, delivered, and cancelled. How can that be?
I tried to follow up using online web site, but apparently app credentials are not recognized by the FMK web site. Why? Are these not one in the same?
App entry fields are very touchy. Must tap EXACTLY on beginning of box. Tapping anywhere else in the box doesnβt work.
All in all mine was not a good experience.

Hello! I'm the developer of this app and I'm sorry to hear about your experience. To give a bit of background, we wanted to get this app out as quickly as possible due to everything going on with the Corona Virus, and we're working on a number of known issues for our next update, including showing the restaurant's availability (open or closed) on the main menu. Additionally, we'll be adding a chat for you to talk with someone if you need help, right in the app in case you need help. I hope you are able to log in to the website, which is connected to the app. If you are having difficulty, please reach out to jay@the407group.com with your order ID and name for assistance logging you in and for your order. From what you've mentioned, the order was received, so don't worry but I will confirm for you once you've emailed me. We've had a ton of Easter orders come through and are ensuring that they are all delivered! Thank you for using the app, I hope this helps!
