Problem registering
I have been an FMK member for months and really like your restaurants here in The Villages, FL — and the fact you have a loyalty program, which I have also used for months (by proving my phone number). So I finally got the app. But when I try to register it says that my phone number is already registered — true — and based on this won’t it allow me set up the online account and ID?!?!? I was told I could only redeem my points through the app, and now I’m not being allowed to set up and register my existing loyalty points through the app. Yesterday when having breakfast at your of your excellent restaurants, I was told your app was having problems and to wait until it was fixed. I will use your restaurants even without loyalty points — but I must admit that I am waiting for your app to be repaired.

Problem Registering
Have tried to register the app multiple times and keep getting error message saying there is a problem and to try again. No indication what the problem is. The password conformation is good. Seems to be a fault of the app.

The newest restaurant in The Villages definitely delivers. We truly ‘dined’ there the other night. Everything was perfect, both service and food! The flavors in every dish were well thought out and delicious. Service was gracious and friendly. Harvest really brings fine dining to The Villages.

Have not been to all their places because I just moved to The Villages at Brownwood. But what a nice introduction Great bartenders and servers. Even had a manager walk by while my server was busy and ask if he could get me anything, how was the food and then he even picked up a

I used this FMK with no problems for a long time.
But the last 2 or 3 times I went to FMK restaurant I did not receive a point.
There is no way to contact anyone about this matter.

After repeated attempts you still owe me 2 more meal stamps from last Taco Tuesday at Bonifay Country Club. I spoke with three servers and the manager but to no avail. So far this is a rip off!
