What should I do if shared devices aren't sending all user transactions to FMLive?
When multiple users share a device, each user should verify their transactions are in the Transactions Queue before logging out. This ensures all transactions sync correctly during their shift.
My transactions aren't appearing in FMLive. What's the solution?
If your transactions are not appearing in FMLive, you can export the Transaction Data from the Transaction Queue. Syntech can then restore these transactions in the enterprise system.
