Login was MUCH better when you could use your face, now every time you have to type your password or find it another way with no automatic face recognition to log in

Honestly a very unprofessional bank, both app wise and face-to-face.
Faulty recovery
Forgut username or password recovery just doesn’t work, gives error saying no ssn last 4 provided, but there’s no place that even asks for the information that’s generating the failure, incredibly frustrating.
